Residents are encouraged to review these standards periodically and reach out if any questions arise.
Residents are responsible for maintaining their unit in a clean and well-ventilated condition.
Please ensure:
• Bathrooms and kitchens are ventilated when in use

• The unit remains clean and free from conditions that may cause damage
Early reporting helps prevent larger maintenance issues.
Please use the designated containers for:

Many units share walls, ceilings, and floors. Please be mindful and respectful of others.

• Avoid open flames or candles
• Keep flammable items away from stoves or heaters
• Ensure smoke detectors remain functional
• Keep pathways clear and accessible
Report any safety concerns immediately.

• clean
• unobstructed
• accessible at all times
Personal items should not be stored in common spaces unless designated for storage.
Please help keep shared laundry areas functioning smoothly:
• Remove laundry promptly after cycles finish
• Clean lint traps when applicable
• Leave machines and counters clean for the next resident
Please use appliances only for their intended purpose.
Avoid blocking:
• heating vents
• radiators
• airflow pathways
Report plumbing, heating, or electrical concerns promptly.
Utility costs are periodically reviewed to reflect:
• actual usage
• municipal rate adjustments
• infrastructure and service increases
Updated utility charges may be communicated individually when applicable.
Residents help maintain building safety by:
• ensuring exterior doors close securely
• not allowing unknown individuals into the building
• reporting suspicious activity if observed
Pet owners are responsible for:
• cleaning up after pets
• preventing excessive noise
• ensuring pets do not damage property
Additional rules may apply as specified in your lease agreement
